1. Agreement Scope
By booking a trip, chartering a private flight, or engaging with Motorgadi Travel & Tours, you accept our standard safety protocols, physical preparation directives, and altitude accommodation arrangements.
2. Booking, Deposit & Cancelations
Luxury bookings and mountaineering expeditions require a non-refundable 30% deposit to secure helicopter standbys, boutique lodge blocks, and high-altitude permits. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are subject to forfeit of the deposit.
3. High-Altitude Medical Waiver
Trekkers climbing above 3,500m must sign a medical liability release, disclose pre-existing cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, and purchase comprehensive high-altitude evacuation insurance.
4. Evacuations & Weather Changes
Himalayan weather is unpredictable. Motorgadi reserves the right to modify flight routes, switch trekking stages, or order helicopter evacuation at the guide's discretion for client safety. Costs incurred due to emergency evacuations are the sole responsibility of the guest.
